At mindfullness matters you are welcome to explore and find your path to a healthier more vibrant you. We offer donation based yoga classes, making yoga accessible to every person. In addition to the journey of yoga, we have a cleanse program to create a better understanding of how our bodies relate and react to food. This is a holistic approach to healthier living. All ages, body types and styles are welcome and encourage to participate in the way towards optimal health, having fun and learning along the way.
