Balance Fitness Studio owners, Lauren Caston and Georgia Tindall, believe everyone is entitled to look and feel their very best. The programs we offer are unlike traditional exercise at a gym, which focus on building major muscle groups. Instead, we focus on strengthening all the muscles in your body, from big to small. Balance Fitness methods and classes assure a fun, energetic way to achieve a healthier,beautiful body. We hope to give you the ultimate exercise experience! Balance offers a wide variety of options for it's clients to accomplish these end results. We offer Reformer Pilates, Yoga and Cardio classes.
