The Connector Group

Founded by Norsham Mohamad Garcia, born and raised in Negeri Sembilan Malaysia. Ms Norsham is a descendant of Bugis Linggi, which firmly entrenched , in Malaysian history from the Royal Bugis Linggi Family, to the first Lord Mayor Datuk Bandar of Kuala Lumpur and to prominent Malaysian scholars and political figures. Formerly in Management for retail banking over 17 years in Connecticut, Norsham turned onto the Entrepreneur world early 2000s and relocated to Miami, where she now calls home. Living in United States for almost thirty years, she extended her family legacy by activating several multi-national projects including Asian Arts International showcases and special event productions. In 2013 , she founded Arts Kuala Lumpur, which became a Malaysian Government Art Project. In December 2013 "Arts Kuala Lumpur- Miami' was the first country endorsed project to have their own venue during one of the largest Art Fairs in The world, Art Basel- Miami, Design Miami, Scope and other important Art related fair. In 2014, became part of the S & E team ( ) as Director for International Relations and a partner for Asian Region. Norsham has dedicated majority of her career creating inspiration for people and how to best engage with them in the different modes of their life. Understanding and embracing multiple cultures are key skills, which strengthen her opportunity to build The Connector Group to various businesses worldwide.
