Hottie Pilates is a unique conditioning program based on a series of dynamic, systematic and progressive movements, developed by Janice Nichols. The Hottie Program is built on traditional techniques of Joseph Pilates fused with multi-joint, multi-plane athletic training movements which promote strength, flexibility, balance and movement.
