Beta Alpha Psi - Cleveland State University

Members and candidates are required to actively participate in on-going meetings and activities throughout the academic year. As such, the hourly commitment per semester totals 16 hours. 8 of the 16 hours must be professional in nature, and the remaining 8 must be earned by participating in community service activities. Professional hours may be earned by attending BAP Professional Meetings offered throughout the semester, social and networking functions, tours of accounting firms and private companies, Meet the Accountants Night (Fall Semester), and the Annual Spring Accounting Awards Banquet (Spring Semester). Many community service opportunities are offered throughout the semester. Such opportunities include Voluntary Income Tax Assistance (VITA), JA Blitz Day and Saturday Tutoring. Applications are available outside the BAP office in BU009. For additional information, feel free to contact us at 216-687-4718 or [email protected]
