Mindful Art Center I work with strong, determined, self aware adolescents who are ready to make changes toward living authentically, mindfully, and in a way that is best for their own health. Mindful Art Center offers individual art therapy sessions, open studio art therapy groups, and online workshops. I do my best to provide a safe and welcoming environment - LGBTQ affirming - I have experience working with transgender youth and their parents. Hours are by appointment for individual art therapy sessions. Please call to schedule.
