Semi-private (personal training in a small group of 2-3) & private training are offered at our exclusive personal training studio in Brentwood (corner of Barrington and Wilshire). Our team of 4 includes: Larrell Gary, Emma Gray, Sheridan Taylor (admin), and Dylan Conrad (owner). All of which focus on 1) fat loss and 2) rehabilitative exercise. We will have you look, move, and feel better so fast even Angeleno's would be impressed by the duration. P.S.
