The Native American Cultural Garden Steering Committee consists of a group of several community volunteers whose mission is to promote the Cleveland Native American community through representation within the Cleveland Cultural Gardens. The Garden is located immediately north of the St. Clair Avenue bridge on the east side of Martin Luther King Boulevard. Our garden plans were completed in 2016 by Sustainable Landscaping, LLC. Construction will be lead by New Vista Enterprises, and will feature sustainable and renewable practices, as well as Native Ohio plants. The fiscal agent for the Native American Cultural Garden is the Western Reserve RC&D. Our goal is to restore our earth back to it was pre-European contact! Our garden will be juxtaposed with modern Native American art that depicts our diverse community in the 21st Century! For more information on how you can volunteer, donate, or be part of this project, contact: Cynthia Connolly - [email protected]
