I have spent many years experimenting with diets, cleanses, supplements and ALL types of exercises, so I know what works. Based on your lifestyle, I will customize a program just for YOU. I will show you many factors that you can add to your current lifestyle that will make a great difference in your health. I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I was trained in more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. I also have learned a lot about the importance of maintaining a balanced lifestyle from having 2 kids and a very busy social life. I have to stay healthy to keep up with myself! I know what it takes to be on the go and still eat healthy. I know what it takes to be able to have energy for a full, productive day after having stayed at last nights event a little longer than planned. I have been there, done that! I am excited to share with my clients what I have learned in my training both by Integrative Institute and my real life.
