At Madison Station CrossFit, we aim to bridge the gap between all fitness types and levels, to promote and nourish a greater quality of living through increased general physical preparedness. We offer one-hour classes centered around the WOD, or "Workout of the Day." The CrossFit programming is universally scalable and suitable for individuals of all ages and backgrounds: adults, seniors, children, and teen agers. We feel the CrossFit community is what sets us apart from other, more traditional fitness facilities and programs. We strive to create an atmosphere that focuses on building relationships, support and camaraderie between individuals with similar motivations and fitness goals.
We sold our building and starting raising a family. We are still around, still working out and still having fun. Be safe!
