Classes held early morning, midday, evenings and weekends. Beginners welcome. Pilates Mat classes are designed to tone the entire body, placing emphasis on conditioning the core. Barre classes combine intense glute, thigh, calf (lower body) work at the barre with a comprehensive core work on the mat. Since 2004, Todd has continued to add to his team of enthusiastic instructors and collectively they take a fun approach to fitness, incorporating motivating music into their classes. The robust, seven-day schedule features morning through evening classes that cater to students of all skill levels. Instructors offer modifications that can make the exercises less or more intense.
