Thank you for your interest in our grass-fed beef! We are a family ranching operation, raising Maine Anjou cattle in South and Central Texas. Our cattle are grass-fed and finished, free from hormones, antibiotics and steroids. At approximately 24 months of age, we deliver our beef to a local certified facility. The meat is then processed, aged, vacuum sealed for packaging, and frozen. We offer quarter, half and whole shares and we also have several a la carte options available.
